Terms and Conditions:

  1. Twenty five percent non-refundable deposit required at time of scheduling for all events.
  2.  6.25 percent sales tax added to all orders.
  3. ALL FUNDS due by date of wedding, unless prior arrangements are made. Invoice will be sent 10-15 days before wedding. At customer's request, remaining funds can be paid in cash or money order in person on the day of wedding. We do not recommend this.
  4. Customer agrees to hold photographer, videographer and any and all associates harmless for any damages, loss of video, or difficulties arising from services rendered. We will not be responsible for the actions of your guests, or for the facilities you choose to provide. There are no stie fees included in my quotes. Customer is responsbile for any fees.
  5. It is impossible to record everything at a large event. It is the responsibility of you or your planner to coordinate events, and make sure video or photo personnel are ready for anything you specifically want on video or photographed. Though we will try our best to get the big moments of your wedding, it is a good practice to give photographers and videographer a five minute lead time, prior to any scheduled activity (cake cutting, dances, etc.). Another excellent idea, is to provide the photographer or videographer with a detailed schedule of your event.
  6. Videography and Photography are both extremely demanding work. We need break, food, water, and the occasional laugh. It is standard practice for videographers and photographers to partake of meals and refreshments provided for guests at the wedding(excluding alcoholic beverages) and to "blend" with guests. This not only sets guests at ease for the camera, it also helps the videographer  and photographer get into the "groove" of your wedding so that he can do his best work.
  7. That said, we understand if some clients have other expectations. If you have alternate requirements (i.e., that the videographer needs to bring his own refreshments, take his break in a separate room, etc.), please communicate these needs clearly in your initial communication with us, so that we can prepare accordingly.

  7. Will you travel anywhere?
  1. What do I need to do to book a date?
  2. First, you need to check to see if I am available. If the date you want is open, you may contact me at damonrambo@cinematicminutes.com , or call me at (979)557-1704. You will need to answer some basic questions, fill out a short page of paperwork, and pay a 25% deposit.
  3. Do you do same-day video editing?
  4. Not for weddings. I understand why someone would want a video to show the same day of their wedding. However, video editing such a precious event is not something that should be done quickly or on a tight schedule. I want to produce something that you will treasure the rest of your life; a unique, special treasure for you and your significant other. If this is something that you simply must have, there are lots of companies that will throw you together something on the same day.
  5. What kind of camera/gear do you use?
  6. I actually shoot with several types of DSLR and mirrorless 4/3 cameras. For video, my primary workhorse cameras are in the Panasonic Lumix line (GH2/GH3/GH4). They produce near Hollywood level results, far better than the prosumer "professional" camcorders that some wedding videographers are still using. My all around camera, that does both pro-level photo, and stunning video, is my Nikon D610. I also use the a variety of smaller cameras.
  8. For video editing, I use the Adobe pro suite (Premiere, After Effects, Speedgrade), which is the same video editing software used by many in Hollywood (Iron Man 3, Gone Girl, etc.)
  9. I have another event that is not a wedding. Where can I find prices for this?
  10. It is impossible to list prices for every type of possible job. In general, my rate is $69 per hour. Contact me at damonrambo@cinematicminutes.com and I will be glad to give you a detailed quote on your project.
  11. Do you have payment plans?
  12. Yes I do. After paying the initial 25% deposit to book your date, I will be happy to put you on a monthly or weekly payment plan (minimum $50 per month) to pay off the balance, if that is what you need. Please note that there is a $10 per month maintenance fee added to your payments.
  13. Do you offer any discounts?
  14. We offer a 10% discount to members of our church, to family and friends, and to both active duty military and veterans.
  15. Will you travel anywhere?
  16. Absolutely! Please note that my coverage times still apply when out of state or out of county. A package that includes 6 hours of coverage in the U.S., gives the same coverage time in other countries (with adjusted rate and expenses).
